When can I expect my order to ship?
The exact time varies depending on the number of orders we are currently processing. We strive to ship out all orders in 1-2 business days, but it could take up to 3-5 business days.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted on damaged items only. If your item arrives damaged, you have 3 business days from time of delivery to contact us and arrange for a return. Damaged items must be returned within 7 business days, at which point an identical exchanged item will be sent out. No refunds will be provided for any reason once an item has shipped.
Do I have to pay customs/duty/VAT/tax (International non-USA customers)?
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and/or fees charged by your country, which are your responsibility to pay and are not included. We cannot ship with the word "gift" or lower-price value on the package. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you can contact your local customs office for more information.
I screwed up my order, what do I do?
Contact us as soon as you realize your error. If the item has not shipped, we should be able to correct the order. Once the items have shipped we cannot correct the order. All items that have already shipped are subject to our return policy. We are not able to apply discount/promo codes after your order has been placed.
My order arrived, but it's missing an item/incomplete.
Certain orders may ship in multiple packages. This is done to keep shipping costs down for you. You will be emailed separate tracking numbers if your order ships in multiple packages. Please contact us if you have any questions or troubles with your order.
